Case Description

Our very kind patient was struggling with advanced periodontitis and the effects of many years of smoking. The loss of tooth support was so extensive that the only solution was comprehensive implant treatment.

We proposed the All-on-4 method—a smile in one day.
Tooth extraction, implant placement, and temporary prosthetic work were performed in one day.
After 3 months of healing: implant-supported prosthesis in the upper jaw and zirconia bridge in the lower jaw.
