All-on-6 and All-on-4 Solutions
Case Description
Our 83-year-old patient presented with broken roots under old porcelain crowns and periodontitis, resulting in mobile teeth in the lower jaw. Despite his age, his dream was not only to regain an aesthetic smile but also to comfortably eat his favorite foods.
After thorough diagnostics (CT scan, Gerber analysis, digital planning), we decided to perform the procedure using All-on-6 implants in the upper jaw and All-on-4 in the lower jaw.
The result? A stable, functional, and beautiful smile that provides our patient with a new quality of life.
The following procedures were performed on the patient:
Immediate implantation was performed in the upper jaw, despite the presence of an impacted tooth that complicated the procedure.
In the lower jaw – delayed implantation, considering the patient's anatomical conditions and regenerative potential.
The entire procedure was performed using a surgical guide and full digitalization – including Apollo Component scanning (Maciej Sochacki).
The treatment progressed in stages:
First, temporary work,

After 6 months – definitive work: a screw-retained zirconia bridge in the upper jaw and an overdenture in the lower jaw.
