Case Description
The patient traveled a long distance to us with the dream of a beautiful smile, but also with an inflammatory problem around an implant previously placed at another clinic. Unfortunately, all indications suggested that the implant might be lost.
Following thorough diagnostics—including computed tomography, Gerber analysis, patient history, and digital smile design (DSD)—a comprehensive treatment plan was developed.
Thanks to the patient’s patience and a phased treatment plan lasting approximately 11 months, we restored not only the aesthetics but also the full functionality of the smile.
The result? A beautiful, harmonious smile, stable occlusion, and comfortable eating without worries.
The following procedures were performed on the patient:

bone regeneration in the mandible,
